This Price Policy outlines how CaterChoice sets and communicates pricing, how promotions work, and your responsibilities regarding ownership of goods. All prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices and specifications without prior notice.

Section 1

Invoice Pricing

  • 1The invoice price provided by the company will be the cost of the goods.
  • 2The company retains the right to modify product specifications and pricing without notice.
  • 3Advance orders containing catch weight products may experience price fluctuations.
  • 4The price listed does not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which the customer will be responsible for paying.

Section 2

Offers & Promotions

  • 1The availability of any offers or promotions is subject to change.
  • 2The company may choose to exclude certain customer groups from offers, such as vendors or contractors.
  • 3Promotional prices displayed on branch showroom TVs and emailed are only valid for online orders.
  • 4Additional offers may require prepayment by card.

Section 3

Ownership & Liability

  • 1The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss of goods upon collection at their premises.
  • 2Ownership of the goods will not transfer to the customer until full payment has been received by the company.
  • 3This includes any other outstanding payments owed for goods sold to the customer.
  • 4In the event that goods have not been resold and are still in existence, the company retains the right to demand that the goods be returned.
  • 5If the customer fails to comply, the company may enter the premises where the goods are held and reclaim them.
